Mississauga Pest Control Reviews

We recently purchased a home, and found out the previous owners had left behind a bad cockroach infestation in the kitchen. I was recommended Pestend Mississauga due to their 24/7 and emergency service options. They were able to send out a technician the very next day. Our technician Salman was very thorough in explaining the procedure, and in answering any questions I had. He used a combination of spray, dust and gel in and around the whole home, and gave us a good understanding of what to do and expect from the home in the coming days. He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Majority of the cockroaches were eliminated first time around, leaving only a few that hatched in the next days. We also had our follow-up in-home treatment with Salman today, and as before, he was very professional and thorough in the process, and more than happy to answer all my questions and explain what to do with the home and the affected areas. We are very happy with Pestend Mississauga's customer service over the phone and email in booking the appointments, and with Salman for his care and effort to the treatments performed. I would absolutely recommend their service to anyone.

Moe did a great job. He did a thorough inspection of our house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made many recommendations. If the pest issue persists I know it will be easy to follow up with Moe. We were lucky to have him as a technician.

So far I haven’t found any mice poop or mice around the house. We just found a couple of dead ones. Which means they are gone. As suggested by the technician, we covered the potential places where they were getting into the house. Thank you very much for your help and for following up.

Moe did a good job, i'm thankful for his experience with bed bugs. they seem to be gone, but i did find about 3 little nymphs crawling, so i killed them ,i havent seen any more. if a person finds they have bed bugs the first thing they should do is call you guys, its money well spent, dont bother trying to fix the problem yourself with the spray cans that are available to the public, get the pros in and get the job done right, and the sooner you get you guys, the better its going to be.

I am very happy with the service. When I first called the person who answered the call and scheduled the service was very easy to understand and courteous as well as booked the appointment for next day. I was very happy with the quick appointment. The gentlemen who showed up was prompt was very kind, and made sure he got the nest and he cleared away everything when he was finished. I just wanted to say that our exterminator was excellent! Salman was very professional, polite and took the time to explain everything that he was going to do in our home. He wore protective booties over his boots, so as to not dirty our house with his shoes and I felt extremely comfortable leaving him in our house by himself. He was also very patient with my son (3 years old), who took a liking to him right away. He came back a second time to spray the exterior of our house, as it was raining when he did the interior and he told us not to hesitate to call him if we had any questions or concerns. I would recommend Salmon as an exterminator to any of my family and friends. Thank you for your help getting rid of the carpenter ants.
