Apartment Residents Attacked By Rodents
Residents of Pine Creek Apartment Complex in Jacksonville have been living in unimaginable conditions due to the number of rodents and roaches that reside in their building. Even though the residents have complained time and again, they have received no solution to their rodent problem. The poor condition of the building has left many families no option but to severely compromise their living situation. From having their Christmas decorations chewed off by mice, to cracked doors and drawers being infested with roaches.
The poor foundation of the building does nothing but escalate the problem. In fact, the mice and roaches are able to crawl everywhere due to the poor structure.
If you are facing rodent and roach problems in your building, make sure to call Pestend Mississauga.

Pest Control Issue Forces Detox Unit to Close Temporarily
The Saskatchewan Health Authority’s Brief and Social Detox Unit located in Saskatoon was recently closed down temporarily, due to pest control issues. With summer just passing, and fall approaching, many establishments and households are facing an increasing number of pest and rodent issues. The detox unit, which offers shelter for people who are trying to get off their drug and alcohol, was closed earlier this month. A spokesperson announced that the unit was taking steps to resolve the pest control issue as quickly as possible so that it will not be a health and safety concern any longer. The building was fumigated and also underwent heat treatment to get rid of all the pests. In cases of bug control issues, it is always best to call the best professional pest exterminators Canada has to offer.

Wasp and bees: How are they different?
It can be confusing to differentiate between bees and wasps. Canadians most often encounter bumble bees, honey bees, and carpenter bees. While honey bees measure between 10 to 20 mm, they have a distinct golden brown color. Bumblebees measure anywhere between 2.5 cm to 4 cm in length which is about twice the size of a honeybee. Carpenter bees measure 3 to 12 mm and have black and shiny bodies that give out a green or metallic blue sheen. Yellow jackets, paper wasps and hornets are the most common wasp species. As opposed to bees, they have a narrow waist, bands of white or black and yellow on the stomach and a pointed lower abdomen. Larger smooth bodies, lesser hair and brighter yellow stripes characterize wasps.
