I’ve used this company before and now years later I noticed some activity which they warned me about reoccurring after so long, I called them again n size my first experience was great and it definitely worked. This time around I called them in prior to my kitchen Reno then for a follow up 3 months later to ensure the holes have been covered and they no access points and to replace any feed boxes if needed be. The gentlemen that came was the same as previous visit and informed me of what I needed to be aware of and was very polite and thorough. Definitely recommended and happy with the results

We were experiencing the appearance of mice in our home. Sheraz came out to our home and provided us with a comprehensive breakdown of our issues. He deployed a number of bait boxes and they have definitely helped bring the issue under control.

Pestend was one of three companies we had in to diagnose a squirrel and mouse problem in our attic. Right off the bat it was clear Kami and Najum knew their business and what needed to be done (and more importantly what didn’t need to be done). Kami arrived to determine the source of the bad odor in our basement. We called Pestend as every spring we have ants coming in our house from outside , and tons in the interlock outside. Sheraz came and through the summer we did treatments to the outside of our house and haven’t seen an ant inside since or near our entry ways. We recently paid $1220. for the two part service for bed bug treatment. When being "sold" the service/product they touted the 3 month warranty. After the 1st service they said there was no warranty as the infestation was "moderate" and not "entry level". I questioned this over the phone and told the representative that when the technician came, he only found 3 bugs - (2 were dead and 1 alive). I asked how this could be considered "moderate". She said she would check with the technician. I never heard back from anyone. I have sent two emails to the company asking for an explanation and wanting to ensure the warranty is in place. It has been weeks since the second treatment (where they found no evidence of further bugs) and I have not heard anything from this company. Very disappointed in this lack of response or warranty for a service that cost $1,220. Would not recommend. UPDATE: Heard from the owner and they apologized for the response delay and how the explanation of the warranty was not clearly explained at the time of purchase. We now have the warranty in place and I feel this company came through in the end to make things right. I commend them for their professionalism. Would recommend.

I just got done with my second chemical treatment for the pesky bedbugs that picked up a ride into my house sneakily. Qasim, the technician, was patient and answered all of my questions. He thoroughly looked through every corner of my house for any bugs. The primary focus is obviously on the bedroom. Mainly wooden upholstery, headboards, mattress and springbox, as well as baseboards. I seriously don’t want to jinx this, but after the first treatment in my house I didn’t experience bites. I did notice a drowsy rascal creep around but I flushed it away in time. Just be patient and do your laundry regularly and vacuum your floors often. Just don’t vacuum close to the baseboards and treated areas and don’t use raid or other home treatments. Qasim said all of them are gone and I take his word seriously. I think I might have freedom finally, so thank you Qasim, Sharda and Tooba from Pestend. You’re all very patient hardworkers. 🙏🏽 I’ll post an update in 2 months. 2-month update: stay tuned!

He installed wire screens over all the roof vents to prevent any re-entry and a one-way door to enable any still in the attic to escape but not to get back inside. Kami and Ayaz from Pestend came to remove a wasp nest which was formed in the inside of our ceiling just outside the entrance of our house. They had to open up the structure, however the wasp nest was a very small one. They were able to get the job done cleanly and very quickly. Happy with their work and would recommend them to others.

I used Pestend to prevent raccoons, rabbits and skunks from entering under my deck. The work involved installing wire mesh at the base of the deck as well as a one-way door to allow any animals under the deck to exit but not return. These guys are excellent! Kami and Ayaz conducted a thorough inspection of my home, especially the chimney, and discovered a family of squirrels living there. They were very careful and mindful of the squirrels' safety and decided to wait a couple weeks before taking action on removing them so the babies can mature enough to safely get out. When they came back, they installed a one way exit door for the squirrels to safely use and not return. Then they secured and protected the chimney, roof and all other possible entry ways into the house. They took the time to explain what is happening, what they were planning on doing, showed me close up photos of the problem and provided me with all kinds of good advice going forward. I am very satisfied as a repeat customer(for different unrelated issues). Starting with the courteous reception on the phone when you call in to the booking process - they have their operation running as a well oiled machine. I was able to get an appointment for the next day when I called and even received a call a few hours later from the technician to understand the situation well. Next day, the technician called to say he was on his way as scheduled and the duo were very professional in their inspection and remedies offered. They wore plastic booties to protect the floors from dirt entering inside. They were also very cautious with the ladder to ensure they dont cause any damage to the property. They were able to notice an entry point behind the stucco and footprints of birds and possibly some other rodents on the insulation in the attic. They applied the treatment and also affixed a mesh taking care not to damage the stucco and the aesthetics. In the end they even swept up the little insulation that landed on the floor in the closet while going in/out from the attic and left the entry area to the attic neat and tidy again. Good job by Luke and Kamran - You guys are awesome and did a phenomenal job.

Called this company and was satisfied by the level of information that i received and got an appointment the next day, ( which was very fast due to calling near the end of day). The technician Moe showed up on time and was satisfied of the level of his knowledge. Everything went as planned from the day before when I spoke to customer service, plus he showed me the areas around my house where the mice were entering. It's been almost a month now and the mics haven't showed up since.

My experience with this company has been very positive. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient. I recommend them to anyone.

My house had mice, I tried taking care of it myself but they came back so I gave up and called a bunch of pest control services to shop around. I chose Pestend Mississauga and was satisfied with their service for several reasons. They were by far the friendliest on the phone. Most of the other services were straight up rude or condescending and wanted to charge me more or tried to insist on unnecessary services I didn’t want. I called them Sep. 1st, got an appointment for the next day. Salman came, put the black boxes in problem areas, and best of all he was willing/able to explain everything he was doing and answer all my questions. He could tell I was really anxious about having mice and he was really nice about it. My boyfriend and I enjoyed talking to him, in fact I don’t usually write reviews but Salman felt like a friend after the appointment, so here we are. In general, these pest control services are expensive but I found it to be worth it because Salman was willing to teach me what to look for and which measures to take to prevent mice from coming back. After about two weeks I hadn't seen any mice droppings, which put me at ease. I called Oct 5th and scheduled a follow up so they could check the boxes and verify if it got any mice, and got a follow up for the 8th. Salman came by again and was again friendly and informative. He took us through all the boxes, opened them and assessed them with us. We’re very happy with the attention Pestend/Salman gave us.

Good service, effective, courteous, and responsible. I had a squirrel problem on the roof. The technician only needs to come twice to solve the issue. He patched the roof as well once the squirrel is gone.

Tooba at head office was very prompt with her responses when I first contacted Pestend to obtain an initial quote and details of the work to be performed. She was able to set up an appointment for the technician to come in just 2 days after I contacted them. Sajeel, the technician, came on time on the day of the appointment and was very friendly. He quickly removed the wasp nest after inspection and applying the spray. The job was well done with no issues and am satisfied with the service! I liked that they were able to provide me with a set quote, and there were no hidden additional costs when they requested for payment after the job was finished. Excellent Company that offered a reasonable price for treatment of ants infestation. The worker, Salman, was highly professional, respectful and knowledgable. The treatment to exterminate the ants included applying environmental friendly gel, baits and also sprayed external area of our home. He came back to do a follow up after 4 weeks, and did more treatment in areas ants could still be seen. He then did follow up with us again. I would highly recommend Pestend and Salman to anyone looking to have effective treatment to eliminate ants or bug problem in their home.

Pestend did a very good job. I had ants in a basement. I called on Saturday evening, within minutes they called back and on Monday morning technician sprayed infected places (and some other areas outside the house) and ants are gone now. Moe iqbal my technician came to spray down the cockroaches I have in my basement due to my tenants. After the first spray session thr cockroaches disappeared for a bit but eventually came back. I called the company and even though my warranty was over they still came over and did my whole house. I appreciate the help pestend have given me. Great company great people good success

Pestend offers reasonable prices, are punctual and their technicians are effective and easy to deal with. Jason Van Roosemalen, Moe Iqbal and their head office were great to deal with and addressed my pest issues. I wasn't too happy with Faraz Ahmed's service, however. I've had to request warranty service for his pest treatments as they were ineffective, and he's a bit pushy and unpleasant to deal with.

Squirrels had made their way into our attic by chewing through our roof vents. They did a great job of animal proofing the roof and allowing the squirrels to leave unharmed. They were professional and punctual. They were half the cost of another quote we got (someone else who asked double the money without even setting foot on the roof) however not cheap. Would definitely recommend but wish their cost (although competitive) was lower.

Had a mouse infestation. Seems to be taken care of now. The technician was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He was kind enough to park down the street, as not to draw attention to his Pest Control vehicle. My only complaints are: he didn’t seem prepared in that he needed a screw driver, and step ladder; which we didn’t have readily available. He also went into the attic which I assumed was part of the treatment. He didn’t mention anything about it being extra. It was only at the time of payment and I went through the contact I learned it was extra. All in all it was a good experience.

Pros. : they’re responsive and we’re hard working. They showed up when they said they would and communicated well. Cons: they managed to kill a family of baby squirrels living in my walls. They cut open my walls and set rodent traps (not squirrel traps) and a one way door for the squirrel where they think it was exiting/entering from a dryer vent. but the mamma squirrel was actually out of the house at the time. Effectively not letting her back in to get her babies out. We could hear the babies crying after a day or two and asked them to come back and remove the one way door so mamma could retrieve the babies. Unfortunately they removed the gate too late after a few days and the babies died. We could smell them rotting unfortunately. The smell was unbearable. Eventually the came back a few times and tried putting up new traps and gates. But it was too late. .

Earliest booking was 5 business days away...booked and waited. Technician/inspector never called or showed up. Wouldn't recommend for serious jobs.

Had rodent issue in the attic. Pestend came out several times to my home after I reported the noise in the attic never went away. This back and for went on for 5 months. followed all of their recommendations. they then said i need to cut my wall open, which to me did not sound like a reasonable request. called several other companies to ask if they ever recommend opening up customer's walls, they said no. I went with another service and the noises went away immediately. Called Pestend regarding their money back gaurantee and they refused to issue a refund since they failed to resolve my issue. I feel like i gave them a reasonable amount of time to eliminate the rodent issue. They did not resolve the issue and they lied about their money back guarantee. They said I was lying and they would just deny my claims of their fraudulent advertising. I would never recommend them.

Hired Pestend, at first the service was fine. They guarantee their work for 6 months and came by for 3 visits. I found that the problem was never resolved, hence why they were here multiple times for the same issue. When I called them for the forth time they said my guarantee was over. But the problem was never solved, so I’m not sure how the warranty can be over? In the end it was about $500 for a walk through of my home, and some bait boxes. I hate to leave a bad review but it is what it is.

Pest end is the worst company ever. We called them to come and they put traps that I could buy in Walmart. Then we waited 2 months and nothing happens the rat was still in the house. We called again put the same traps didn't work. We called again and they didn't do anything they just said close all cracks in the house. We called again and they put the same traps again. We finally said that this is not working out and we demanded our money back. This company is really bad and I don't recommend it to anyone
