I found Pestend in a Google search. They were able to arrange a visit to fit our schedule and Sajjad arrived on time! Our primary concern was ants in the kitchen but we have had mice issues over time as well. Sajjad examined the situation and discussed with us how we would deal with both problems. He explained the work he would do both inside and outside our home, including the safety precautions, and we agreed that he should proceed. After the applications were complete he was thorough in his clean-up work. Sajjad is knowledgable about his product and the process and was able to communicate effectively with us. Thanks, Sajjad.

Zafar is Amazing. I had problem with bedbugs don't know how they got IN my house but certainly it was horrible experience of my life Zafar came and did excellent job no more bites after the treatment very happy. Exceptional service would highly recommend to everyone.

Tayyub Beg was the assigned technician and he came ahead of schedule. He took the time and checked the ants we have versus what was determined in contract by the office. He also explained that why he has to use different process/chemicals etc versus what we planned/scheduled. He encouraged us to ask questions and answered all of them with good explanation, patiently. He also suggested that one of us stay with him so we can show areas we suspect where ants are and also showed us where he is applying bait and why. He applied bait in all relevant areas. He also explained and suggested that we should get application outside the house in the end of April. He is a thorough gentleman is patient and answered all our questions very satisfactorily. In future we recommend that he be sent to our place as he knows the problem, what has to be done and most importantly he provided excellent service

I just wanted to say that our exterminator was excellent! Salman was very professional, polite and took the time to explain everything that he was going to do in our home. He wore protective booties over his boots, so as to not dirty our house with his shoes and I felt extremely comfortable leaving him in our house by himself. He was also very patient with my son (3 years old), who took a liking to him right away. He came back a second time to spray the exterior of our house, as it was raining when he did the interior and he told us not to hesitate to call him if we had any questions or concerns. I would recommend Salmon as an exterminator to any of my family and friends. Thank you for your help getting rid of the carpenter ants.

The crew came in the summer for mice. We didn't see another until recently (4 months later) we saw new droppings. No questions asked, the came back to put more medicine. Salman was very nice and helpful. He showed up on time. We think we found the point of entry this time. Good service, I recommend.

We called Pestend Mississauga to get rid of what we thought was a wasp or hornet net hive. Tony showed up promptly the next day as scheduled and quickly assessed the situation and told us that we actually had honey bees and, because they are an endangered and a protected species, Pestend could not remove them by law. However, he informed us there were bee removal and relocation services that could do it possibly for free (depending on how difficult it was for them to get the entire hive colony). Anyway, Tony was matter of fact, up front and very honest and I certainly recommend them to anyone considering need of a pest control service.
