I found Pestend in a Google search. They were able to arrange a visit to fit our schedule and Sajjad arrived on time! Our primary concern was ants in the kitchen but we have had mice issues over time as well. Sajjad examined the situation and discussed with us how we would deal with both problems. He explained the work he would do both inside and outside our home, including the safety precautions, and we agreed that he should proceed.
